Terms & Conditions
- Delivery is normally by Royal Mail or Courier.
- Delivery is only available within the UK.
- Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order, if it has not arrived and we will endeavour to resend it.
- Standard Postage is £2.00 plus £1.00 per DVD, £3.00 per Toolkit and £1.50 for other items. Maximum postage cost is £12.00.
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of receiving your order.
- Express Delivery is £5.50 extra, maximum postage is £17.50.
We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days of receiving your order.
- If the products you receive are faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will send a replacement or refund your payment. Telephone 020 7843 2552 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so as long as the cancellation is made before the goods are dispatched.
- Discounts are available for bulk/trade purchases, please contact us at email@example.com or 020 7843 2552 for more information.
Need an Invoice?
- We can invoice for orders over £30. Please place your order online and provide your purchase order number. Alternatively send your purchase order to I CAN, 8 Wakley Street, London, EC1V 7QE, fax: 020 7843 2569 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- The I CAN Shop Summer Sale is valid from 1st July 2017 until 31st August 2017 and applies to I CAN products only. It cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and excludes Licensee Training Products and The Communication Trust resources.
